ST. GEORGE — Residents in the Buena Vista area of Washington City experienced a power outage Friday afternoon.
The Washington City Power Department confirmed with St. George News that around 2:15 p.m. power went out for an unknown reason. Crews were dispatched.
A Facebook post later by the power department said there was also a loss of electricity in the Brio and Green Springs areas.
By 2:55 p.m., a Washington City Power operator said power had been mostly restored to the areas, though some sporatic residences and businesses may still be awaiting power restoration.
